Your Account Key is like a key to a safe. If you have the correct key, you can open the safe. If not, the safe will remain closed. For an in-depth explanation, please refer to our security page.
mSecure will send you an authentication email when you the very first time you sign in to your mSecure account or create an mSecure account in mSecure 5. We have found that for some customers the email gets placed in either a spam/junk folder or some other folder in their email app due to rules set up to automatically route incoming emails. Make sure to run a search in your email app to see if you can find an email from: "email@example.com". Be sure to run a search specifically from inside your spam folder as some apps omit this folder when searching for emails.
