Accidentally installing mSecure 5? Can only find the new version to download? Learn how to download the older versions of mSecure instead.
mSecure 5 is a brand new app, and it marks the first time in the history of our company that we have charged for an upgrade to mSecure. We wanted to make it a free upgrade for our existing customers, but with the current landscape of application development, it was not feasible for us to do so. However, you can still use the old app if you prefer. To download previous versions of mSecure, you can follow the instructions below.

Download previous version on iOS
You can redownload apps on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or Apple TV. You can also redownload some in-app purchases.
- Open the App Store app, then tap Today at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap or your photo in the upper-right hand corner, then tap Purchased.
- Tap “Not on this [device].”
- Find mSecure, then tap . The app downloads to your device.

Download previous version on Android
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app
- Tap Menu AccountOrder History
- Search for mSecure by scrolling through history and tap on the listing
- Tap Install or Enable
Find previously purchased or downloaded apps
If you can’t find an app or are asked to buy it again, make sure you’re using the same Google account you bought it with.

Try mSecure 5
If you would like to try mSecure 5 for free, you can sign up for an account in the new mSecure 5 app. You will have full access to all of mSecure’s features for 30 days. After the trial expires, you are free to either purchase an mSecure 5 license, or you stop using the app if you are not satisfied with its functionality. Either way, since you are not required to enter any payment information, you will not be automatically charged when the trial has ended.
