Learn how to create, restore, and locate mSecure backups. 

Creating a Backup

You can create a backup of your mSecure data directly within the app. Restoring from a backup is done through the app's Settings. 

1. Open and log in to mSecure. 
2. Click the Settings icon (gear icon in the bottom-left corner). 
3. Select "Backups."
4. Click "Backup Now" to create a backup. 

Restoring from a Backup

To restore your mSecure data from a backup:

1. Open and log in to mSecure. 
2. Click the Settings icon (gear icon in the bottom-left corner).
3. Select "Backups."
4. Click "Restore Data."
5. Navigate to the location of your backup file and select it to restore. 

Important Note: Restoring from a backup file will overwrite any existing data in your mSecure account. If you have mSecure Cloud enabled, the restored data will sync across signed-in devices.
