As many of you have already discovered, iOS 14.5 has notified users that mSecure hast to be updated in order to run on your iOS devices. While mSecure 4.5.4 is no longer supported and will not be updated, you can gain access to your information by upgrading to mSecure 5. This is a simple process, where all you need to do is download the app from the App Store, then sign up for a new account. As you go through the signup process, you will be asked if you would like to migrate your information from the older mSecure 4 app. After the migration is complete, everything will be back to normal.
If you already happen to have an mSecure 5 account, there is an extra step you will have to take in order to migrate your data. You must first reset the account, reinstall the mSecure app, and then sign back in to the mSecure 5 app. Resetting an existing account makes it possible to migrate the data in from the old app. You will find the instructions for resetting your account here: Account Reset
After your account is reset, delete the mSecure 5 app if it is installed, reinstall it from the App Store app, then sign back in to the account. During the sign in process, you will be asked if you would like to migrate your data in from mSecure 4.
IMPORTANT: If you are having to delete mSecure 5, be absolutely certain you are NOT deleting the older mSecure 4 app. If mSecure 4 is deleted, the data stored in the database will also be deleted from your device.
