Biometric Unlock

Learn how to enable biometric unlock on your devices to quickly access mSecure. You will still need your login password to restore from backups or if biometric unlock fails.

Important

  • If you add or remove a face or fingerprint in iOS's Face/Touch ID settings, mSecure's Face/Touch ID unlock will be disabled. You will need to manually re-enable it and use your password to unlock the app.
  • On a new device or after reinstalling mSecure, you must sign in with your password first before enabling biometrics.
  • Biometric data does not sync across devices and does not persist through app reinstalls.
