When the red icon is displayed between the client and the server, that means the two devices are not able to communicate over your network. This is typically caused by the network being set to public on your PC. WIFI sync not working between android and lenovo laptop.
I get a red icon that shows a phone a line then a light bolt a line and then a computer.
On same network on both devices.
sync automatically is turned on.
Master computer is turned on.
