Not accepting password on android phone

Msecure6 is no longer accepting the password I've been using on my Samsung Galaxy S23 phone.

Thank you for contacting us. Are you able to open mSecure on at least one device using Biometric Authentication, or are you completely locked out of mSecure on all your devices?
