Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing. Unfortunately, we don't offer phone support at this time, but I'm happy to help here in the forum or via email. Real quick, having a Premium subscription doesn't necessarily mean you'll be able to access your data. You will always be able to access your account and have the benefits your subscription entitles you to, but if you don't know the password for your account, you won't be able to access your data. I don't know that's what's happening here, but I did need to explain how the system works.


Real quick, what do you mean when you say you are not able to retrieve your data? Are you saying you don't have access to your mSecure app on any device? If so, what led you to this place where you aren't able to get access to your information?
