Restore a backup file

I just installed mSecure 5 in my new Vivo 9 and while trying to retrieve the backup file it asks for a password of the file which I don't have it and I don't know how to get it.

Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing.  Each mSecure backup file is encrypted/locked with the login password (mSecure 4 or below) or account password (mSecure 5) that was in use when the backup file was created. In order to restore from a backup file, you will need to know it's password. 


Note: mSecure 4 or below Dropbox backup files are encrypted with the cloud sync password you used to set up Dropbox syncing in the app.
