Recently, I purchased MSercure latest software (version 5.X); I have it on my windows laptop. I have MSecure older versions (3.X) running on my Macbook and on Andriod phone. Macbook and Andriod ones are well Syncd (over cloud) ; It works flawless.
Now while setting up new software (5.X) on windows 10, I tried doing a cloud Sync (dropbox) however I wasnt getting any data. While my other two machines (running 3.x versions) could sync with dropbox. the problem here is, I dont see an option to enter cloud sync password. When i manually copied the file and imported onto 5.5 version software, it prompted me to enter the sync password. Otherwise, that option isnt there.
Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you're experiencing. mSecure 5 will not sync with the previous versions of mSecure. However, it can restore from a .msim backup file created in the previous versions of mSecure. Please download mSecure 5 on all of your devices and sign in to the same mSecure account.

Having upgraded to msecure 5 on my ios device, I can no longer sync with my computer and I cannot upgrade the msecure on my computer as this is only possible on computers running windows 10, not the windows 7 my computer is running. Since the auto wifi syncing was the main reason I purchased msecure I need either a way of downloading msecure 5 onto my windows 7 computer or I need to revert to the msecure version I has previously on my ios. Please can you advise?
