I just purchased a new iphone 18 and I have tried everything to transfer my info from my iphone 15 and it will not work. PLEASE HELP

My old phone has 370 records. On my new iphone, restoring the backup says "backup restored" successfully, but no entries appear. Both phone use the same msecure account. I've repeated the restore six times.
