PC was formatted and we are trying to register but it wont work

Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing. What version of mSecure are you trying to use here? Since you mention trying to register it, I'm going to guess you are trying to use mSecure 3 for Windows. If so, please download and install mSecure 3.5.7 in order to register or activate your license: https://support.msecure.com/en/support/solutions/articles/36000022199-install-msecure-3-5-7-for-windows

i am using that on a surface but activating it wont work, i assume since it was activated on another PC that formatted.
