Access all records

I’m unable to access all my records. I love this system but I need it to work. Thank you

Thank you for contacting us. Please follow the steps below on your iOS device to disable all filters:


  1. If the yellow star in the top right of the screen is a solid yellow icon, tap it to disable it.

  2. Tap the far left icon with the nine small circles in the Filter Bar at the top of the main view to make sure all records are included in the main view.

  3. If you see any rectangular graphics with little vault or tag icons to the left of them under the five main circular icons in the Filter Bar, tap one of them. Tap "Remove all filters."

  4. If you see the Search field below the Filter Bar, delete any text that may reside in that field.

  5. Tap the menu button in the top left corner (3 stacked lines)
