"password has been changed" no biometrics available

I am requesting assistance with accessing my mSecure application. Following a recent Android system update, the app is displaying a banner stating that my password has been changed and biometrics have been disabled.
I have not manually changed my password, and despite trying all known previous passwords over the last five days, I am unable to log in. I have seen reports of similar issues from other users where the password supposedly remains the same, but in my case, the credentials are not being accepted. Please advise on the recovery steps or a fix for this sync/update error.
I saw a similar topic posted and the initial steps recommended. I have not been able to access my account on any of my devices.
