Login Dialog Box Not Appearing

Sometimes when I start Msceure, the initial screen appears, but it never continues to the login dialog screen.  It appears to happen sometimes after Windows Updates, but sometimes it just appears to happen without a Windows Update.  Running version 6.1.394.0

Thank you for contacting us, and my apologies for the delay in my response. Are you able to reproduce this issue everytime after doing something specific by chance? Does this only happen on your PC? If so, are you signed into your Microsoft account in the Microsoft Store app? Please let me know and I will assist further.
