Password working on two of three devices

I have one mSecure password (of course!) that is working on my iPhone and on Windows 10 PC.  The password will not work on my iPad, I cant figure out why?  It started when I changed my mSecure password for no other reason than I proactively change it on occasion.  Never had this problem before.  I searched the forums and see a mention that it might be due to having separate accounts.  Why would I have separate accounts?  Would appreciate any assistance.  Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us. Please uninstall and reinstall the mSecure app on your iPad and "Sign In" using your new password. After doing so, are you able to access your data on your iPad? Please let me know and I will assist further.
