Thank you for contacting us. As long as your information is viewable in the older version of mSecure, this will be a quick fix. Just so I'm sure I understand you correctly, I believe you are wanting to upgrade from the older mSecure 4 app to the new mSecure 6 version. Are you simply trying to sign in to the mSecure 6 app to migrate your data in from mSecure 4?
If you want to migrate your information into mSecure 6, you'll need to know the password required to unlock mSecure 4. When you open mSecure 4, are you able to enter your password to unlock the app? If you can't enter your password manually, are you able to unlock the app using Face/Touch ID? If you can unlock the app using either of these methods, you'll have no problems migrating to mSecure 6.
