Obtaining mSecure.com password

I have passwords for my mSecure app on my phone and for the support.msecure.com website but I am having trouble accessing the mSecure.com/login on the website.  Is this the same password as on my app or is this a different password?  Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us. Your account on msecure.com will require the same password that unlocks the mSecure app on your devices. Are you able to use this same password on the msecure.com website? Please let me know and I will assist further.
