Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing. If you are trying to change the icon that you are seeing for each record, you will need to go into each record, edit the record, and tap the icon. Once done, you can then tap "Search Cloud" to search for the icon you want to use. After doing so, did this solve the issue? If not, please let me know and I will assist further.

I entered all but 2 records on the "Dataviz" template. I changed the name of that template to "Logins" but all the symbols to the left of the record names remain keys. The 2 records that I did enter as Logins have the organization symbols to the left of the record name. How do I change the keys to the organization symbols. Hope I don;t have to re-enter over two hundred records. Thank you.
