New iPhones

I have a new iPhone. I have previously used my msecure6 on an Android. I’ve downloaded the app on new iphone. How do I get my data to transfer over

Thank you for contacting us. You having access to your information is of the utmost importance. Do you have access to your data in any version of mSecure on at least one device? All that matters is that you can access your information. Even if you don't know the password to unlock mSecure but you're able to unlock it using some type of biometric authentication like Face or Touch ID, everything should be good moving forward.

Yes, I have access on my desktop PC, and have the password. When I downloaded the app to my new iPhone and signed in, the content did transfer after several hours, but now I see that not all the content transferred. Please advise

Thank you for your response. Let's first switch to mSecure Cloud to see if this fixes the syncing issue that is occurring. Please follow the steps below on your PC:

  1. Open mSecure on your PC
  2. Click the gear icon in the bottom left corner
  3. Click "Sync Settings" in the left column
  4. Change to mSecure Cloud

Once done, please then go to your iPhone to see if your data has now synced correctly. Did this work for you?
