2FA Error

Installed MSecure on a new Win11 device, authenticated myself and provided my key. Requested the 2FA code be sent to my phone, and was promptly received. When I enter the 2FA code, I get "Wrong Code, Try Again". I tried a few times but same result. All devices date / time are correct. MSecure has always reliably installed without issue until this particular device. The only difference being this is a new Laptop, I was required to provide my secret key which I haven't had to do for years. Perhaps I need to generate a new key and try again? I don't know how to delete the existing key so the application prompts me to provide a new one. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

I turned off 2FA code delivery via another PC instance of MSecure.  Being a legacy paid v5 user, I don't have access to email and authenticator app options. Made no difference. I then tried disabling "2FA via text message" on my iPhone with success. I was able to install Msecure on the new laptop without the need to provide a 2FA code.  I'm still perplexed as to why the code was rejected in the first place. Also, how come the security settings from my other PC didn't propagate to the new PC install yet the security settings from my iPhone did?

Regardless, I'm up and running. I will leave this post up in the event it may help some one else.

Additionally, when I try to reenable the "2FA via text message" on both my PC and iPhone, I am unable to do so as it's a Premium feature.  At one time I had this setting enabled and at one time I'm assuming this feature was removed from non Premium accounts. Somehow this settings remained active for my account, granting me access to a feature I wasn't entitled to. That would explain why the 2FA code sent to me via text was invalid. Might want to fix that and save the next person some frustration.
