Thank you for contacting us. Are you dealing with an issue inside the mSecure app? Why are you trying to sign out of your account? Please go into detail on what you are trying to do in the app and I will assist you further.

I tried to transfer my data from old iPhone to new iPhone but when I scan the QR code using the new iPhone - it said invalid QR code. I signed out the account (Turing off the Face ID) and signed back in again - still invalid QR code . What other way I can do to get the data /records transfer ?
