Password Doesn't Work

I can't access mSecure 6 using my password. I've tried on my Android phone (Samsung S10+) and my Dell laptop running Windows. I can see the password hint but when I enter the password related to the hint I still get the "incorrect password" error.

Thank you for contacting us. It looks like your mSecure 6 account has not been used in quite some time, which is ok. However, this leads me to believe you may have been using the older version of mSecure up until this point. Are you trying to upgrade from mSecure 3/4 to mSecure 6 by chance?


Also, we will be able to get you access to your account, but it's going to require an account reset. If you have data in the old mSecure app, it will be able to be transferred to V6 after the reset.
