Password forgotten

When I tried to log in on my iPad with facial recognition like I always have it asked for my password instead. I tried to enter the password that I was sure was correct but it said invalid password. I have Msecure on my iPhone also. Is there a way to use my iPhone to get back into my iPad Msecure?

Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing. You should have no problems getting back into your account on your iPad, but something strange might be happening here. Are you able to unlock mSecure on your iPhone by entering your password manually on the device's keypad?
