Thank you for contacting us. I'm not sure what's happening here, but we'll get everything working. The first thing I need to know is, are you able to open mSecure and view your information? A lot of people in your situation are not able to unlock mSecure, so I need to know this first thing. If you are able to open the app with your password, the fix should be simple.
Ok, you should be able to simply turn the feature back on in mSecure's Settings. Go ahead and open the app and tap the menu button in the top left corner (3 stacked lines). In the Settings, turn on the "Use Face ID" toggle.
Were you able to turn on Face ID unlock again Marc?
