cant recover data

my phone broke and had to install app on new phone.  new phone not recognizing sign in.  went through using QR code to validate but data hasnt come through yet.


please assist


Hi Rick,

I checked the account you have under the email you are using here in the forum. It shows you reset your account on April 9th, just yesterday. Since the account was reset, the data stored in the account was destroyed. The only option you have now is to try restoring your data from a backup made before your old phone broke. Do you see any backups if you tap the menu button in the top left of the screen (3 stacked lines), then tap Settings, and then tap Backups in the Settings screen? If you do see backups, what happens when you select the most recent one in the list and try to restore it?
