Can not open app

Hi James,

Thank you for contacting us. What happens when you open mSecure?

Cannot open my app as have forgotten password. Tried a couple of times and am now on the final chance. Is there noway to change the app password without resetting and loosing everything?  

How can I back up and reset so that I don’t loose the info I have?
