I thought I had Premium??

When I purchased this version, IO thought that I had purchased the premium version. However, when I try to use a premium feature, it tells me I need to order premium. What is my actual status?

Hi John,

Thank you for contacting us. I just checked your account, and it is showing you have an Essentials plan, not Premium. I can upgrade it to Premium if you would like, but there is a cost associated with that, of course. The system says you will be billed US$5.70 on May 24, 2023 and $29.99 every 1 year after. Would you like me to upgrade your plan?
