CAN I PLEASE GET MY TICKET ISSUE RESOLVED. ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS!!!

For the last 3 weeks i have been trying to restore data back on my phone. I have msecure on my laptop and I am using QR code fro that but it is saying invalid. I have created a ticket and a tech is helping but responses take days!!!  I am really frustrated.
