Paid subscriber with no access

Unhappy with being locked out of my data for the last 2 months. Now I really need to access info and having trouble getting my v5 data. 

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing here. Can you let me know what happened 2 months ago that made it so you can no longer access your information? There's nothing in the app that will keep you from accessing your information as long as you know your password. What happens when you enter your password? Are there any error messages? If so, what do the error messages tell you?
