Just paid to upgrade to Premium but app still says essential

Please advise how to fix this problem

Hi Debbi,

Typically what you are describing means you are signed in to more than one mSecure account. I checked your account with the email address you are using here in the forum, and I do se a subscription assigned to it, so I can only assume you are signed in to a different account on another device.

Real quick, how many different devices do you have? Also, when you go to the Account Settings of mSecure on each device, do you see the same email address for the account? Also, what type of account does each app say you have just underneath the email address in that same scree?
