I posted a support ticket 12 days ago about the Mac app crashing every time it opens on the Mac. I am running a Mac Book Pro and 12.3.1 for the OS. There is a crash report every time I open it and don't see a way to import the database, which was synced to the Msecure cloud.
What is the fix? If not, I know of applications that work and I can get better responses from technical support.
You were running into a known issue that we've been trying to fix for the last week or so. We released a new version for iOS and Mac on Wednesday, and the issue should be fixed now. Have you downloaded 6.0.3 for iOS and Mac, and if so, has the crashing stopped?
