Since I can't find your account, I can't check for obvious issues or other details that are helpful for troubleshooting. Can you let me know what email address you use for your mSecure account? If you aren't comfortable typing it out here in the forum, we'll have to move over to email support to continue working on the problem.
Also, on what other devices are you running mSecure? Does the app work fine on those other devices and are you able to view all your information on at least one of them?

I purchased a new PC and loaded mSecure5 from the Microsoft store. When i open it, it immediately closes. I have rebooted 5x and reinstalled 4x with no success.
