When I enter my IP address in the iPhone of my new iPad Pro and try try to link it through the internet it says there is a network error. Connection not found: Please check to make sure the IP Address is valid and that the computer software is running. All those things are running and correct. Talked to Apple and they said I had to contact you.
Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, Wi-FI syncing only works if you have a Mac or Windows PC running mSecure on the same network as your other devices. If only using iOS devices, you would need to use either mSecure Cloud, iCloud or Dropbox syncing to keep your mSecure apps in sync.
