Download Msecure5

I have been a longtime Msecure4 user and am finally ready to make the jump to v5.  When I tried to purchase, i received a message that I already have an account.  So how do I download v5?

Hi Stephen,

Can you explain in more detail what you mean when it tells you that you already have an account? If you are trying to purchase a license from either the App Store or our Website, you won't see that message. Also, purchasing a license is not tied to the downloading of the app, so I'm having a hard time understanding the context here. Were you able to download mSecure 5 onto your devices, and are you now trying to sign in to an account by chance?
