Thank you for contacting us. What happens when you try to open the app? Do you see any error messages?

Ok, I saw in the other thread you posted in that you are seeing the message that mSecure needs to be updated when you try to open the app. That's the information I needed. When you say you downloaded the update, I think you mean you downloaded mSecure 5 from the App Store app. Is that correct? You do still have mSecure 4 installed on your device, correct?
