Cannot type into mSecure

I have been trying to add a new entry and edit a couple of others. For some reason I am unable to do so. my keyboard is working fine but will not type information into mSecure. I changed the batteries in the keyboard and have been typing into Google and Word with no problems. Is this an issue with the settings? 

I have solved this problem. I received remote assistance from Microsoft Support and uninstalled Microsoft 365 and repaired and reinstalled. I don't know how it connected to mSecure, but it is now all working correctly.
