The password you use for signing in to your mSecure and and for unlocking the app is not stored anywhere outside your memory, so there is no way for us to retrieve it for you. If you are using mSecure 4.5.4, you should have no problems opening the app and setting your password, and then you can try to restore from a backup file to retrieve your data. Can you let me know what is happening when you open mSecure? Are you being asked to enter a username and password to sign in to an account?
