Thank you for contacting us. Do you still have your old phone by chance, and if so, are you able to open mSecure unlock the app on that device? Also, when you say your password isn't recognized on the new phone, are you trying to sign in to your account, or are you just trying to unlock the app? When you first open mSecure, are you asked to sign in to an existing account or sign up for a new account, or are you just shown a screen with one field where you can enter your password?
