When you open the Account tab in mSecure preferences on your Mac, do you see that your account is a Pro account? Also, please check the Account Settings in mSecure on your iPhone. Does it also say the account is a Pro account?
When you look at the email address for the account in each mSecure app, are they the same account? Which email address do you see in the Account Settings of each app?
Regarding the sync process specifically, which sync feature are you trying to use? Do you see any error messages when the sync fails?
