My password doesn't work on my Mac. It is the same as my iPhone and it still works on my phone. How do I get in.

What you are describing usually means one of two things, either you are running the old and new versions of mSecure on your devices, or you are running only the newer mSecure 5 app but have multiple accounts. First, do you know which version of mSecure you are running on each device? When you look at the app icon on your devices, does it have a bright blue background behind the key or is it dark blue?
