Unable to set up new account

I have sent 3 requests over the past 5 days.  I need to connect with someone that can assist with setting up a new m secure 5 account, to sync my msecure 3 data to ASAP.  the site will not let me set up new account because it says I have one already, because I did a trial a few years ago.   PLEASE ADVISE
