Cannot add field

On IOS 13 when I try to add an additional field to a record. It does not get added. I click save but when I go into the record the new field has not been added,


When trying to add a custom field, please add a name or label for the field and include field information. Without information in the field, the field will not be saved:

Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing. Can you explain what is happening in some detail? Are you ever able to open the app and unlock it, or is it crashing right when you tap on the app icon? Also, are you able to access mSecure on any of your devices?

I had trial and when I joined the plus sign for entering info disappeared and nowhere to be found for additional accounts.  I'm locked out !!

I'm not sure what you mean here, but we'll get this figured out. When you say you joined, I'm assuming that means you signed up for a subscription. Is that right? Regardless, the plus button should not ever disappear, so something is wrong here. Also, when you talk about the plus sign, are you saying you don't have the option to add new records in the app? This shouldn't have anything to do with whether or not you can gain access to mSecure or not. Are you able to open the app and see your information?

Thanks. Next day the plus sign showed and was able to add more accounts. So.. all is well again.

No problem at all Jackie. If you should see something like that in the future, the first thing to do is simply swipe up from the bottom of the screen, and then force close the mSecure app. After you open it again, any UI issues like this will probably be resolved. Of course, this shouldn't be happening at all, so if you do see it again, please let me know.
