New device, same account using mSecure 5

I downloaded the app on my MacBook, but when it asks for my account login and password it says they are invalid, yet I can log into my account online without any issues. I don't want to reset my account, just to use the same app I have used for many years, just to add it to my laptop.


What do you mean when you say that you log into your account online? There is no website you can use to login in to an mSecure account with. Do you mean that you can use this support website without any issues? Are you able to unlock mSecure 5 on any other device using only your account password?
