Email backup password does not work

I am trying to restore from an encrypted email backup. When prompted for The password for the file I enter in my login password as indicated.  However this does not work.

I habe tried multiple times and even changed the password and sent a new file but the same error persists.

I am running mSecure 5 across multiple iOS and Mac devices.  I am trying to restore on my iPhone XR.

Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing. Each mSecure backup file is encrypted with the unlock password (mSecure 4 or below) or account password (mSecure 5) in use when the backup file was created. In order to be able to restore from a backup file, you will need to know the backup file's password.
