Paid twice for Pro

Hello, I purchased pro on 6/22 but had to reset phone and reset mseven account and had to re-purchase pro license today, showed me with trial for 30 days even after I tried reinstalling and still got the same status in the app. Can I get refunded for one of the payments for a Pro license?
