License Re-Activation

Dear Rep,


I have acquired an mSecure license from you on March 13, 2017 and I have a valid key. Unfortunately, my operating system had to be reset and I failed to re-activate the program within 30 days. Hence the program is not allowing me to proceed. 


I request you to re-activate my license.

I change my old macOS sierra for Big Sur, and my mSecure is on 30 days trial or require my license No. I do not know where to find my license No, can you send it to me ?
