Sign in on Computer

I can sign in on my phone but not on my computer. Whay not?

Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing.  Unfortunately, I don't have enough information to know why either.


  1. What version of mSecure are you using or trying to use on each device?
  2. Are you trying to use mSecure on your computer at all?
  3. Are you getting an error message?
    1. If so, what does that message say?

trouble signing in to msecure 5.  works on phone, ipad and computer but not laptop.
