mSecure has stopped working

Previously reported: https://support.msecure.com/en/support/tickets/11492 and https://support.msecure.com/en/support/tickets/15475. I am still getting this error when mSecure is not the active application/minimized. It does not close the app, and it only appears to occur on my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, Android 8.0). This has been reported on the forums: https://support.msecure.com/support/discussions/topics/36000004924 There have been two updates to the Windows app and at least one to the iOS update since this error was first reprted. Is there any update on when Android will be updated to fix this? Also, uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not resolve this error. Thanks,
