Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing. It looks like you signed in to your account on iOS and Android starting on June 22nd, 2017. Did you uninstall the app on those devices? The way our system works, you are sent the QR code email from the very first device you use to sign in to mSecure 5 with. You would have receive the QR code on June 22nd, 2017.
If you are still signed in and authenticated on iOS or Android, you can resend yourself the QR code email, or use the QR code from within the app itself. Here is how: https://support.msecure.com/support/solutions/articles/36000064234-resend-authentication-email

You received your QR code on May 19th 2017 when you first started using the app. You signed in to your account on iOS and Mac. Did you continue using the app after you initially tried it out? Are you still signed in to the account in mSecure 5 on at least one device?
