Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing. It looks like you signed in to your account on iOS and Android starting on June 22nd, 2017. Did you uninstall the app on those devices? The way our system works, you are sent the QR code email from the very first device you use to sign in to mSecure 5 with. You would have receive the QR code on June 22nd, 2017.
